Abstract Submission
Recomendations:
– Abstracts must be written in ENGLISH, in accordance with current written language standards;
– The submitted abstracts must consist of original research in progress or completed, in the form of: scientific abstracts, case reports or experience reports;
– Literature review papers or projects that have not yet begun will not be accepted;
– The title must contain a maximum of 200 characters.
– To send your abstract it is MANDATORY to be registered in the CONGRESS;
– Each registration allows the submission of up to two (2) abstracts, in which the registrant must be an author or co-author. The same researcher may be a co-author of other abstracts. The limit of authors per abstract is ten (10).
– All accepted abstracts will be published in the Brazilian Journal of Mechanical Vibrations in Biosciences (BJMVB).
Thematic areas:
Focal and systemic mechanical vibration, integrative and complementary practices, palliative care, regenerative therapy, technological innovation in diagnosis and therapy, technological innovation in surgical practices, translational research, others.

Preparation of the Abstracts
Instructions:
– The abstract must be formatted in Times New Roman font;
– Title size: 10;
– Size of other elements in the text: 9;
– Title characters (with spaces): up to 200 characters (without abbreviations [example: COPD], in bold with CAPITAL LETTER);
– Text characters (without spaces): up to 2000 characters (excluding title, names, affiliations, keywords, and funding/acknowledgements;
– Affiliations: maximum two (2) for each author;
– Abstract text: single paragraph;
– Line spacing: single-spaced;
– Keywords: three to four (3-4 words);
– Corresponding author: must be marked with an asterisk (*)
– The main author must be listed as the first author. The work advisor must be listed as the last author. All authors cited in the abstract must be registered in MEVITIH-2024;
– The abstract text must not include tables, figures or graphs in its abstract.
To publish (papers or abstracts) in the BJMVB, authors must agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
b) Authors are authorized to assume additional contracts separately, for non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in the BJMVB (e.g.: publish in an institutional repository or as a book chapter), with acknowledgment of authorship and publication initial in the BJMVB.
c) Authors are permitted and encouraged to publish and distribute the work online (e.g. in institutional repositories or on their personal page) at any point before or during the editorial process, as this can generate productive changes as well as increase the impact and citation of the published work.
Privacy Policy: The names and addresses provided will be used exclusively for the services provided for the publication of the BJMVB, not being made available for other purposes besides the publication of papers and abstracts.
Rejected submitted papers and abstracts: Works with multiple spelling and grammatical errors or that do not meet the specific instructions for writing will be rejected. In these cases, they may be re-submitted after restructuring, as a new work, initiating another submission process. The same work will not be evaluated more than twice.

Submissão de Resumos
Recomendações:
– Os resumos devem ser escritos em INGLÊS, conforme as normas vigentes da língua escrita;
– Os resumos submetidos devem consistir de pesquisas originais em andamento ou concluídas, na forma de: resumos científicos, relatos de caso ou relatos de experiência;
– Não serão aceitos artigos de revisão de literatura ou projetos que ainda não tenham sido iniciados;
– O título deve conter, no máximo, 200 caracteres.
– Todos os autores citados no resumo enviado devem estar inscritos no MEVITIH-2024.
– Cada inscrição permite a submissão de até dois (2) resumos, nos quais o inscrito deve ser autor ou coautor. O mesmo pesquisador pode ser coautor de outros resumos. O limite de autores por resumo é dez (10).
– Todos os resumos aceitos serão publicados na Revista Brasileira de Vibrações Mecânicas em Biociências (BJMVB).
Áreas temáticas:
Vibração mecânica sistêmica e local, práticas integrativas e complementares, cuidados paliativos, terapia regenerativa, inovação tecnológica em diagnóstico e terapia, inovação tecnológica em práticas cirúrgicas, pesquisa translacional, outros.

Preparação do Resumo
Instruções:
– O resumo deve ser formatado com fonte Times New Roman;
– Tamanho do título: 10;
– Tamanho dos outros elementos no texto: 9;
– Caracteres do título (com espaço): até 200 caracteres (sem abreviações [exemplo: DPOC], em negrito com texto em CAIXA ALTA);
– Caracteres do texto (sem espaço): até 2000 caracteres (excluindo título, nomes, filiações, palavras-chave, e financiamento/agradecimentos;
– Afiliações: máximo duas (2) para cada autor;
– Parágrafo: único;
– Espaço entre linhas: espaçamento simples;
– Palavras-chave: três a quatro (3-4 palavras);
– Autor correspondente: deve ser sinalizado com um asterisco (*)
– O autor principal deve ser listado como o primeiro autor. O orientador do trabalho deve ser listado como o último autor. Todos os autores citados no resumo devem ser registrados no MEVITIH-2024;
– O texto do resumo não deve incluir tabelas, figuras ou gráficos em seu resumo.
Para publicar (artigos ou resumos) no BJMVB, os autores devem concordar com os seguintes termos:
a) Os autores mantêm os direitos autorais e concedem ao periódico o direito de primeira publicação.
b) Os autores estão autorizados a assumir contratos adicionais separadamente, para distribuição não exclusiva da versão do trabalho publicado no BJMVB (por exemplo: publicar em um repositório institucional ou como um capítulo de livro), com reconhecimento de autoria e publicação inicial no BJMVB.
c) Os autores estão autorizados e encorajados a publicar e distribuir o trabalho online (por exemplo, em repositórios institucionais ou em sua página pessoal) a qualquer momento antes ou durante o processo editorial, pois isso pode gerar mudanças produtivas, bem como aumentar o impacto e a citação do trabalho publicado.
Política de Privacidade: Os nomes e endereços fornecidos serão usados exclusivamente para os serviços prestados para a publicação do BJMVB, não sendo disponibilizados para outras finalidades além da publicação de artigos e resumos.
Artigos e resumos submetidos rejeitados: Trabalhos com múltiplos erros ortográficos e gramaticais ou que não atendam às instruções específicas para escrita serão rejeitados. Nestes casos, poderão ser reenviados após reestruturação, como um novo trabalho, iniciando outro processo de submissão. O mesmo trabalho não será avaliado mais de duas vezes.
