Recomendações para preparação de pôster
As dimensões dos pôsteres deverão ser de 90 cm de largura por 120 cm de altura (orientação vertical). Todos os pôsteres devem seguir o sistema internacional de unidades (SI) e apresentar as referências no formato Vancouver.
O formato de autoria deve seguir o padrão: “Smith J¹, Cardoso A², Silva A²”, acompanhado das respectivas afiliações numeradas.
O posicionamento e formatação dos elementos devem obedecer às seguintes orientações:
Título – idêntico ao do resumo submetido, em LETRAS MAIÚSCULAS, legível (fonte: League Spartan, tamanho 55 ou superior).
Autores e afiliações – incluir nomes dos autores, laboratório, departamento, instituição, cidade e estado (fonte: Open Sans, tamanho 36, para autores e tamanho 25 para afiliações). O nome do autor apresentador e seu e-mail devem ser sublinhados.
Corpo do pôster – utilizar fonte Open Sans, tamanho 30, com destaque visual para figuras, tabelas e diagramas que ilustrem os principais resultados e métodos.
Referências e Palavras-chave – será permitido até no máximo 4 referências no corpo do pôster, estas devem seguir o formato proposto e utilizar fonte Open Sans, tamanho 25. Fica a critério do autor colocar ou não as palavras-chave após a seção de Referências.
Cópia reduzida – recomenda-se disponibilizar pequenas cópias impressas do pôster para interessados durante a sessão.
Apresentação – cada apresentador deverá comparecer ao local designado com 15 minutos de antecedência ao horário programado.
Tolerância máxima – será permitida tolerância de até 5 minutos para início da apresentação. Após esse período, o pôster poderá ser removido pela equipe organizadora.

Recommendation for the poster preparation
The poster dimensions must be 90 cm wide by 120 cm high (portrait orientation). All posters must follow the International System of Units (SI) and present references in the Vancouver format.
The authorship format should follow the standard: “Smith J¹, Cardoso A², Silva A²”, accompanied by the corresponding numbered affiliations.
The positioning and formatting of elements must follow these guidelines:
Title – identical to the submitted abstract, in UPPERCASE LETTERS, legible (font: League Spartan, size 55 or larger).
Authors and affiliations – include authors’ names, laboratory, department, institution, city, and state (font: Open Sans, size 36 for authors and 25 for affiliations). The presenting author’s name and email must be underlined.
Poster body – use Open Sans font, size 30, with visual emphasis on figures, tables, and diagrams illustrating the main results and methods.
References and Keywords – up to 4 references may be included in the poster body, following the proposed format and using Open Sans font, size 25. The inclusion of keywords after the References section is optional.
Reduced copy – it is recommended to make small printed copies of the poster available to interested attendees during the session.
Presentation – each presenter must arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Maximum tolerance – a delay of up to 5 minutes will be allowed for the presentation to begin. After this period, the poster may be removed by the organizing team.
